The Almig HRM I-22 heat exchanger for screw compressors is designed for screw compressors to transfer the heat from the cooling oil inside the system to the utility water, heating system, or another production process heating/cooling system. This makes it possible to transfer the heat energy generated during the operation of the screw compressor elsewhere, significantly saving energy costs.
It is also a suitable solution when it is not possible to remove the heat generated by air cooling from the compressor room. Thanks to the heat exchanger, the oil’s heat energy can be transferred to a water system, for example, to create cooling elsewhere.

-The heat exchanger has a temperature regulator for the circulating fluid.
-Up to 85% of the compressor's energy consumption can be transferred.
-Can be easily installed on all oil-cooled screw compressors.
-Operates in parallel with the compressor's own air cooling, meaning that if the heat exchanger lacks cooling or is not needed seasonally, the system still works.
