Cable, pipe, rope winder to drums
The winding table has been developed and manufactured by PELTOC OÜ at our production facility.
The winding table is designed for winding various strip materials, either at the end of a production line or for rewinding from one drum to another.
Using the touch-sensitive control panel, it is possible to set the width/diameter of the material to be wound, based on which the servo distributor evenly distributes the tube onto the drum.
Additionally, the winding table calculates the necessary overlap at the drum edge, where the last layer of each row and the first layer of the new row need to be placed on top of each other.
The winding table shown in the images can be equipped with drums ranging in diameter from 1000 to 2400 mm and in width from 450 to 1250 mm.
The winding table is capable of winding materials from a minimum width of 10 mm up to a maximum width of 150 mm.
